“ The chicken pesto pasta was absolutely delicious. I feel like I got so much of it in a single plate. I also like that you compare it with fries or a salad. Our waitress was very attentive, and when my best friend asked her what she liked on the menu she was very informative and gave us different suggestions for the menu. I really like how homey this restaurant feels. It is such a staple in Modesto. This is my second time coming here and whether you're dining with a friend, or with family, you don't feel out of place. ”

“ Family fresh Mediterranean in downtown Modesto. Large menu to accompany a large restaurant. More than enough space for a family get together, and after work dinners with the team. I came through for lunch, and was pleasantly greeted by all front staff :) you feel the family love here. Bold colors and art adorn the location, with strategically arranged walls to hide the magic and prep. I was craving rice, so I got the Gyro plate today. The meat was hot and not overly grilled. The rice was plenty, fluffy and very flavorful. You get to choose an extra side of House salad, bean soup, or fries. Knowing I was already going to be carbing out with the rice and pita, I opted for salad. My salad was fresh and well put together. Next up was a side of falafel with tahini. The flavors were on point, but the consistency very creamy, almost like it was blended too long? I will have to try them again. The Tahini is perfect and paired great with the entire meal. Perfectly timed was my gyro plate. There was ample meat provided, and the rice was on point. A small amount of toasted pita provided. I also ordered the Chicken Brochette to go, sorry I did not get a picture. But my Mom said it was THE BEST chicken kabobs she had ever had. It comes loaded with grilled onions a side of rice and sautéed veggies. We will definitely be coming back, I need to try more items on the menu. ”
